Sunset in Fairbanks, AK
After the DST ended last month, I can always get a glimpse of the sunset when I leave the office and head back home. My company is right next to a Wildlife Refuge, thankfully, I get the most amazing view on my way back home. But sadly I never stopped to spend several minutes watching it fade away. I guess, sometimes, what travel offers us is an opportunity to make up for those moments we missed. On a second thought, maybe I am just not that kind of person who can always put aside the daily routine life and find an exit to the other side of life anywhere, anytime. Guess I do really need some mindfulness sessions...
